Pool Reminders
Residents,
As summer heats up and more residents begin to enjoy the community pool, the La Rivera Homeowners Association would like to remind everyone of the Pool Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Association’s governing documents.
The pool is a shared amenity for all residents, and we kindly ask everyone to help keep the area clean, safe, and enjoyable. Pool furniture must be used properly and may not be placed in the pool, damaged, or misused. Residents and guests are also reminded to turn off showers completely after use and to report any damage, misuse, or maintenance concerns to management.
Please remember the following key points when using the pool facilities:
Pool Hours:
Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Access: All residents must have the official facility key in their possession to enter the pool area. Guests must be accompanied by a registered resident or assigned tenant, with a limit of three (3) guests per household.
- Supervision: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times.
- No alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure.
- No inappropriate behavior, including any conduct that disrupts the enjoyment or safety of others, will be tolerated.
- No diving, running, rough play, vandalism, or misuse of Association property is permitted in or around the pool area.
- Pool furniture must remain on the pool deck and may not be placed in the pool or used in a way that could cause damage or create a safety concern.
- Noise Control: No loud music or disruptive sounds.
- Cleanliness: Please help keep the pool area clean. No glass containers may be used. Dispose of trash properly and do not leave personal items behind.
- Gates must remain closed and locked. Do not prop them open or allow unauthorized access into the pool area.
- Swim Diapers: Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers. Regular diapers are not allowed.
🚫 Please note: There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
These rules help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents and their guests. The Association will continue to monitor compliance and address violations accordingly, which may include enforcement action, reimbursement of repair costs, and suspension of pool privileges, as applicable.
